How to reach KALI INDIE for billing, account deletion, privacy requests and bug reports.
KALI INDIE is an independent studio operated by a single developer. We answer every message ourselves, usually within one business day.

Topic-specific guidance
- Billing & refunds. Subscriptions and add-on packs are handled by Apple. Start at reportaproblem.apple.com and see our Refund Policy before emailing us, so we can help faster if Apple denies the request.
- Account deletion. Use Profile → Delete account in the app, or follow the email procedure in our Account Deletion page.
- Privacy / data requests. Subject access, correction, export and deletion requests can all be sent to contact@kaliindie.com. We respond within 30 days as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
- Bug reports. Please include the device model, iOS version, app version (visible at the bottom of the Profile screen), and the steps you took.
- Security disclosures. Use the same email with the subject prefix
[security]; we will reply with PGP if you provide a key.
What to include in the message
For account-specific issues we need to locate your record. On the Profile screen, the Short IDfield shows the first 8 characters of your account identifier — copy that into your email. Never send your Apple ID password; Apple does not share it with us and we will never ask for it.
