Kali Noir — Refund Policy
PRO subscriptions are billed by Apple; how to cancel, refund, restore on new devices, and get support.
KALI NOIR PRO is sold as an auto-renewable subscription through the Apple App Store. Apple is the merchant of record. KALI INDIE cannot issue App Store refunds directly.
1. How to request a refund from Apple
Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase, select Kali Noir, and follow the prompts.
From your iPhone: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions or Media & Purchases → Purchase History → Report a Problem.
2. Cancelling vs. refunding
- Cancel renewal in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions to stop future $6.99 charges. This does not automatically refund the current month.
- Refundof the current or past period is at Apple's discretion under their policies.
3. When Apple may approve a refund
- Accidental purchase or duplicate charge reported promptly.
- Technical issues that prevented meaningful use of PRO features (document for Apple).
- Free trial converted to paid charge despite a timely cancellation attempt.
4. When refunds are unlikely
- Periods where you actively streamed audio or used Case Crucible.
- Dissatisfaction with fictional story content (subjective taste).
- Forgetting to cancel before the auto-renewal cutoff.
5. Switching iPhones and missing PRO
Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID at the App Store level. If PRO features do not appear on a new iPhone, tap Restore Purchases in Settings → Subscription (Apple) after signing in with the Apple ID that originally bought the subscription. If you also want to recover your case progress and likes, link the same Apple ID under Settings → Apple ID → Back up & sync with Apple.
6. Need help before requesting?
