Common topics
- PRO subscription & billing. Managed by Apple (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com and our Refund Policy.
- Back up & restore. Link an Apple ID from Detective → Settings → Apple ID to back up your case progress, likes, forged dossiers, and PRO subscription. Sign in with the same Apple ID on another iPhone to restore.
- Switching iPhones without linking Apple. Data tied to an unlinked, device-scoped account stays on the original iPhone. We can only recover it if you previously linked Apple — email us with the short ID visible in Settings if you need help.
- Audio not playing. PRO is required for narrated chapters. Confirm subscription status and network connectivity; include story ID if known.
- Account deletion. Account Deletion instructions — works for both anonymous and Apple-linked accounts.
- Privacy. Privacy Policy.
