• Billing & refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple. Start at reportaproblem.apple.com and read our Refund Policy.
• Account deletion. Use Account → Delete account or see Account Deletion.
• Privacy / data requests. Email contact@kaliindie.com. See our Privacy Policy (30-day response target).
• Conversion issues. Include file format (TXT/EPUB/PDF), approximate size, and whether the PDF has selectable text. For failed jobs, note the book title shown in Library.
• Bug reports. Include device model, iOS version, and app version from the Account screen.
• Security. Use subject prefix [security].

What to include

For account-specific help, copy the Device ID from the Account tab into your email. Never send passwords — we will never ask for them.
